Marcel Kittel (Quick-Step Floors) has won the fourth edition of the Dubai Tour, crossing the finish line first in the Dubai City Walk in a bunch sprint, after 124km of racing. On the podium he received the Circle of Stars, the winner’s trophy, from H.H. Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
