Scotland-based Endura has built a wealth of experience in the 25 years it has been in the kit game. It’s worked with high-profile teams like Movistar to create pro-worthy technical wear. Endura has also worked with smaller clubs and teams around the globe to develop a robust custom program.

Endura Custom Cycling Clothing

Peloton Service Course spoke with Tim Hayes, Endura’s U.S. Marketing Contact, about the custom program,

Over the past 25 years we have learned a lot about producing custom cycling kits around the world. One of the things we learned is that not all clubs and teams are the same, so we have a dedicated Custom Specialist that focuses 100% on assisting clubs throughout the ordering process.

Endura Custom Cycling ClothingEndura’s process could not be easier. First, contact them to create the kit design. The company’s in-house designers have used cocktail-napkin drawings to provide free design assistance. Second, use the company’s size kit todetermine the best fit. Third, just sit back and wait confidently knowing you are being well cared for.

Because everything is done out of the company’s facility in Livingston, Scotland, Endura can keep order minimums and production times streamlined. Teams only need to order a minimum of five garments per design template. From final design approval, Endura can turnaround an order in four to six weeks.

The company proudly sets very high standards for itself. The same people producing Movistar’s kits also produce custom orders. Regional clubs, like the Plano Athletic Cycling Club of Plano, TX, get the same expertly created clothing that is produced for WorldTour pro teams. Moreover, Endura boasts that it is the only custom company to offer three different chamois width options to let individuals dial in just the right fit.

But what about the cost? Hayes says,

We offer extraordinary kit at ordinary prices! You can find custom kit that is cheaper, but we believe you won’t find a better value on the marketplace. Our entire custom catalog has been born from the experience of World Tour® racing! We offer multiple levels of performance and discounts for volume orders.
