For some reason, this Hibiki evokes images of Tom Cruise in “The Last Samurai” once he moved to that idyllic village in the mountains and made his transition towards inner peace and ancient f ighting technique. Since 1923, Suntory whisky has been created at Japan’s first single malt distillery outside Kyoto. In 1989, the company released the Hibiki range of blended whisky.
